NSITE-U Learning Platform gives you access to a growing catalog of self-paced professional development courses that you can search by topic and complete on your own schedule.

Available topics may include:

• Writing effective and professional emails
• Workplace communication
• Time management and organization
• Customer service
• Leadership and supervision
• Critical thinking and decision-making
• Conflict resolution
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Microsoft Office and workplace technology
• Career and professional development

Courses are completed through the NSITE-U Learning Management System. Because new courses are added throughout the year, available titles may change.

How to Access the Learning Platform

New Users

1. Select the Access the Learning Platform button below.
2. Follow the instructions to create your NSITE-U Learning Platform account.
3. Complete all required registration information.
4. Watch for an email confirming that your account has been created or approved.
5. Log into NSITE-U Learning Platform using the username and password you created.

Returning Users

1. Select the Access the Learning Platform button below.
2. Log in using your existing NSITE-U Learning Platform username and password.
3. Do not create a second account if you have previously used NSITE-U Learning Platform.

How to Search for Courses

Once you are logged into NSITE-U Learning Platform:

1. Go to the Learning or Course Catalog area.
2. Select the search field.
3. Enter a topic, skill, or keyword.
4. Review the available course results.
5. Select a course title to view its description, estimated completion time, cost, and enrollment information.
6. Select Request, Register, or Launch, or the available enrollment option to begin.

Save the Learning Platform as a favorite (Ctrl+D) then you will always have access to the login as a returning user.

Course Completion

To receive a completion certificate, you must complete all required course activities. Depending on the course, this may include:

• Videos or online lessons
• Knowledge checks
• Quizzes
• Assignments
• A final evaluation

Your completion certificate will become available after all course requirements have been successfully completed.
