Course Overview

Building on NIB’s legacy Business Management Training (BMT), NSITE has restructured the program into NSITE’s Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP). This blended executive training program provides targeted, in-depth training on key leadership topics and structured curricula developed to meet the needs of aspiring, experienced, and executive leaders.

Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) Purpose:

This program will enable you to build your leadership bench strength and ensure your current and future leaders are equipped to deal with emerging business challenges in today’s dynamic environment.

Learning Cohorts:

NSITE plans to run separate learning cohorts for a) aspiring executive leaders and b) CEOs who are interested in continuing their professional development to meet their strategic organizational business objectives.

Program Components:

The ELDP consists of nine months of highly engaging blended learning that is directly linked to real-life situations at your organization and covers.

  1. A Leader’s Mindset (Blanchard) – (blended: self-paced & virtual instructor-led, vILT)

    • The Skills of a Situational Leader
  2. Strategic Decision-making for Executives – (blended: self-paced & vILT)
    • Self-paced online Learning: Improving Decision-making, Foundations of Budget and Finance
    • Business Essentials for Executives: Business Simulation to Improve Strategic Decision-making
  3. Change Management: Success in Turbulent Times – (blended: self-paced & vILT)
    • Leading People Through Change (Blanchard)
    • Managing Change to Achieve Organizational Success (Dr. Jonathan Lucus)
  4. Capstone Event at NIB TCE 2027 – (in person & virtual)
    • Closing Session, ELDP 2027 (in person & virtual)
    • Executive Leadership Session with Presentations (in person & virtual)
    • Acknowledgement Event for 2027 Graduates (in person & virtual)
    • Introduction of the ELDP 2028 Cohort (in person)
